Refund and Return Policy

Most I3D products are made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for the order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or custom-made items.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@i3dinc.com. Cancellation requests may be accepted if production has not started. Once production has started, cancellations may not be available.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Returned items, when approved, must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
