Shipping Policy

All I3D products are made to order. Production time is typically 3-5 weeks before shipping. Larger, highly detailed, painted, or customized pieces may require additional production time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Transit times vary by carrier, destination, and season.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If you need to update an address, contact us as soon as possible at info@i3dinc.com. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfillment has started.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees charged by their country.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item so we can help resolve the issue.
